Irrigation service fee (ISF) for fishponds in all national irrigation systems has been approved by the NIA Board of Directors (Resolution No. 7290-04, series of 2004), effective crop year 2005. Fishponds in run-of-the-river systems are charged the equivalent peso value of 5 cavans/hectare/season, in reservoir-backed systems 6 cavans/hectare/season, and in pump systems 15 cavans/hectare/season.

The ISF rate for annual crops has been adjusted to the cash equivalent of 7 1/2 cavans/hectare/annum.
